Your inputs impact your outlook.
Keep five assholes around, you’ll be the sixth — you know the saying.
But don’t just limit it to the people…
Inputs are anything you let it in:
- Food
- Information
- Experience
If it gets in, it becomes you.
Let garbage in your head and your mind will grow weeds.
Whatever you’ve been consuming has been shaping your identity, thoughts, goals, and beliefs.
But understanding this makes change simple; just play the uno reverse card.
