An expert in sales and management, he held many similar positions with brands such as the American Radiator & Standard Sanitary Corp., Masco, and Leisure Group Inc. Prior to beginning his career, Mr. Milne honorably served in the United States Air Force between 1955 and 1958.
As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Milne pursued a formal education, achieving a Bachelor of Science in business and commerce at the University of Louisville in 1963. He also previously served as the president of the National Association of Purchasing Management. In his civic-minded endeavors, he remains active as a member of the National Alliance of Businessmen and the board of directors of the Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA). In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his dedication to his profession and ability to create positive relationships with his clients.
