Since 2021, Ms. Navin has excelled as a client partner with Infosys Limited. In this role, she manages a portfolio of more than $30 million, oversees more than 450 employees, manages stakeholders, coordinates with her international team and ensures technology projects are running smoothly. Ms. Navin was previously an associate partner of global business services in the insurance industry for IBM from 2019 to 2021.
From 2016 to 2019, Ms. Navin was an account manager with Cognizant, where she previously garnered experience as a senior manager from 2012 to 2015. From 2003 to 2012, she began her career as a chief manager for the SBI Life Insurance Company Limited. Among her areas of expertise, Ms. Navin holds special knowledge in helping insurance clients achieve their digital transformation goals.
In preparation for her career, Ms. Navin attended multiple institutions of higher education to further her career and build her skill set. She earned a Master of Business Administration degree in India in 2003. After immigrating to the United States in 2016, Ms. Navin graduated from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business’ Executive Leadership Program in 2021.
Ms. Navin plans to continue her success in working with insurance industry clients in the future. She also plans to grow her presence as an industry leader and promote diversity, equity and inclusion. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her family and watching Bollywood movies.
