Christopher L. Patton, MBA, Vice President of Human Resources at Judson Senior Living, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in employee relations, recruiting and retention.
Since 2022, Mr. Patton has excelled as the vice president of human resources at Judson Senior Living in Cleveland, Ohio. With more than 25 years of professional experience, he was the director of people and culture at Health IQ from 2021 to 2022. From 2020 to 2021, he was the senior human resources manager for the Northeastern Ohio Regional Sewer District. Mr. Patton spent seven years as the human resources director for Travelers and garnered further experience with Vantiv, Cricket Communications and Lowe’s, among other organizations. Alongside his primary endeavors, he has contributed his time to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank Inc.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Patton served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1977 to 1998, rising to the rank of master sergeant. For his service, he received a Navy Achievement Medal in 1993 and an additional Good Conduct Medal. To prepare for his career, he earned a Bachelor of Science in organizational management from Alliance University in 1993 and a Master of Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary College in 2016. In his spare time, Mr. Patton has worked as a referee and sports official with the Lake Erie Basketball Officials Association. In the coming years, he plans to transition into a well-deserved retirement.
