Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Ross worked extensively with Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. for many years, maintaining his position as a senior vice president prior to his departure from the company.
Prior to beginning his vocational journey, Mr. Ross pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Science at SUNY Brockport. In addition to his primary professional endeavors, he is also a former executive director of the New York and New Jersey chapter of The ESOP Association, who previously recognized him with an Award for Excellence in 2013.
