Leveraging nearly 30 years of experience, Mr. Marcus has excelled as a business owner and entrepreneur. Since 2005, he has operated as the owner and president of Perim Builder, and since 1995, he has maintained the same positions at Avanti Floor Contractor. Both companies are well-regarded for providing quality construction and renovation services throughout El Paso, Texas, and its neighboring regions. As part of his combined professional endeavors, Mr. Marcus currently owns and oversees three apartment complexes, and he is in the process of constructing two more.
As part of his dedication to his profession, Mr. Marcus remains active as a member of the American Home Surfaces Group. He is notably proud of his successful track record in taking big risks with largely positive payoffs. Looking to the future, he intends to continue expanding his business by constructing more properties and developing more pieces of land. A family man, Mr. Marcus also hopes to eventually relocate to downtown El Paso, where he can more easily enjoy spending time alongside his wife and the rest of his family.
